Depression can be a wide smile,

And a radiant confident shine.

Depression can be happy face,

Creating for all a positive space

Depression can be a fluent talk,

And an impressive thought!

Depression can be high esteem,

And an inspiring journey to see

Depression can be “You have it all”

And a picture perfect to the world!

Take a close look beyond the seen

Depression is living hiding within.

That beautiful wide smile you see

The confident sign of a high esteem

Is a fake lie to the eyes that see,

nothing beyond the life that’s seen.

It shatters the mind, rips a soul

Be tender you can damage it more.

The Strangest Secret

Isn't it Strange how we all gathered,
A formal introduction and a purpose.
An amazing bridge to join us all,
A mentor to many created an hour!

Listening to Mr  Earl Nightingale,
And his words powerful pace
Day one we reflected deep within,
Raced from all we want ,What is it?

What is it at this moment !
that i need the most from within.
A Goal to see for  each day ,
every moment ,beginning or end i say!

We all opened our own tied knots,
Loosening the many large chords,
Like  the vastness of gurgling ways
We drowned in reflections each day.

Each person ,their thoughts and share,
The many years of experiences and flares
Ups ,Downs and the current going
Beautiful perspectives to be viewing!


Shri calls it magical with many others.
Weaving in to place like no other.
Our  emotions flow in this special space,
Be it dreams ,goals ,aspiration  or fears !


Half a month and a lot of moving
Sharing to listening ,Musings and Music
